Nice weekend of trekking.
We arrived at friday evening at the youthhostel in echternach.
Saterday morning after breakfast we started our walk.
We made tour number 2 of the famous Mullerthal-trail (see map)
we walked it clockwise
The wether could have been better because we had all morning rain it did not rain hard but still. Lucky most of the tour goes through the forrest so that made it a little better.
At some parts of the tous we even had to use a pocket-lamp to see something because you walk through rock formations and a amazing crevice called the Kohlscheuer and also another one called the Goldfralay and the Goldkaule. This was one of the best parts of the tour only pitty i could not make any picture there because too dark.
after that part we finaly arrived at one of the most beautiful places on the tour, The waterfalls of Schiessentümpel
Surely the spot where most picture are taken on the whole route.
from there through the village of muhlerthall towards the vilage of Berdorf and back to Echternach where we arrived at about 17:30 in the late afternoon. Tired but well satisfied.
The next day we changed our planning and we just made a visit to echternach( still tired from yesterday heheheh)

After all we had a great weekend and for sure we will go back another time
